RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns Policy 

We hope you enjoy your order from Mckenna Man . If for any reason you would like to return an item,  the item(s) must be new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not offer refunds on gift card orders ( a credit note will be issued ) It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.


We do NOT offer free Returns for Ireland and Northern Ireland customers. Customers must cover the cost of returning goods via post themselves. To assist with returns you can use your local An Post office drop-off point for a fee of €4.95  or return in person instore. Please see further details on the options available below.

 

EXCHANGING GOODS

We are happy to exchange a product if available pending the product is new , unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging . If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user .

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty 

- Underwear

- Swimwear

 

How do I Return My Order ?

1. RETURNS VIA DPD
Available for Ireland & Northern Ireland customers only at a fee of €6.50

Simply log on to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/

  1. Continue as a Guest
  2. Choose Mckenna Man from the drop-down list of Retailers.
  3. Add your Reference Number and Reason for Returning
  4. Select your parcel details - regardless of the size of the box it will charge a standard payment of €6.50
  5. Complete payment
  6. Select Print Label and attach this label to the Returns package.
  7. Print the returns label and please ensure you include the McKenna Man return slip in the parcel. 

Alternatively, you can drop off your returns package at one of the DPD pick-up points which are located across Ireland. For your nearest DPD pick-up store please visit the DPD website here https://dpd.ie/Pickup.

When dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt which will have your tracking number to keep track of the status of your return. When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5- 7 working days.

 

2. RETURNS VIA AN POST

Alternatively you can send back your return to us via An Post: 

(This is only available to the Republic of Ireland customers)

  1. Select Mc Kenna Man from the list of retailers
  2. Select your reason for return
  3. Enter your order number reference 
  4. Select your return method - you can bring your parcel to your local post office costing €4.95 or book a collection from a location that is convenient for you, this service costs €6.00. 
  5. Complete the checkout
  6. Print the returns label and please ensure you include the McKenna Man return slip in the parcel. 

 

3. RETURNS VIA COURIER

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating the reason for return, enclose with your package and send back through your preferred choice of courier.

4. RETURNS INSTORE

Call into any of our stores in Dundalk, Drogheda or Navan with your returns form and proof of purchase .We will notify our online team and your refund will be processed and funds should reach your bank within 3/4 working days .

 

When your return package has been received our team will process and if the item is returned in the condition it was sold, we will process a refund and funds should reach your bank within 5-7 working days.

Please be aware that if you are ordering for delivery to the U.K (excluding NI ) that as from Jan 1st 2021 when the Brexit transition period ends you may see some changes. Any returns from the UK ( excluding NI ) may incur costs including transport costs , as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.
