No E-Gift cards cannot be used in store. E-Gift cards can be redeemed online only
No at present we only accept gift cards and credit notes in stores - Mckenna Man Dundalk, Drogheda or Navan. they cannot be used as a form of payment on the website.
We are delighted to offer customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore . On checkout under Delivery you can choose which Mckenna Man store you would like to collect from .We ask you to please await a confirmation email/text notification that your order is Ready for Collection before coming to the shop.
Before travelling to collect your order, please ensure you bring the following:
- Your Ready for Collection confirmation email or text, containing your unique order number. This can be in printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.
- Confirmation of the payment used.
No we cannot accept one for all as payment on our website. We do however accept them in our three stores.
No unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping service. All of our parcels are carefully packed with McKenna Man branded packaging and tissue paper.
Shipping
We are delighted to our customers in both the Republic & Northern Ireland Free Next Day Delivery* on orders over €60. Next Day Delivery applies to orders which are confirmed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. If an order is confirmed on a Friday before 2pm it will be dispatched on Friday and should be delivered on Monday. All orders processed after 2pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on Tuesday. If we need to get stock from one of our other stores, their could be a slight delay of a day or two.
During sale and busy periods orders can take up to 2-3 working days.
We offer FREE Delivery on purchases over €60 and all gift card sales. We charge €4.50 postage for purchases less than €60.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification stating your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier.
Using the order tracking number, you can track your order from the DPD website https://www.dpd.ie/tracking.
Our main courier is DPD. We may also use An Post.
Returns
We hope you enjoy your order from Mckenna Man . If for any reason you would like to return, the item(s) must be new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not offer refunds on gift card orders ( a credit note will be issued ) It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
We have extended our returns date on orders placed from the 1st of November 2024 until the 10th of January 2025 to accommodate any Christmas purchases.
We do NOT offer free Returns for Ireland and Northern Ireland customers. Customers must cover the cost of returning goods via post themselves.There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. To assist with returns you can use your local An Post office drop-off point for a fee of €4.95 or return in person instore.

Simply log on to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/
- Continue as a Guest
- Choose Mckenna Man from the drop-down list of Retailers.
- Add your Reference Number and Reason for Returning
- Select your parcel details - regardless of the size of the box it will charge a standard payment of €6.50
- Complete payment
- Select Print Label and attach this label to the Returns package.
- Print the returns label and please ensure you include the McKenna Man return slip in the parcel.
Alternatively, you can drop off your returns package at one of the DPD pick-up points which are located across Ireland. For your nearest DPD pick-up store please visit the DPD website here https://dpd.ie/Pickup.
When dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt which will have your tracking number to keep track of the status of your return. When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5- 7 working days.
RETURNS VIA AN POST
Alternatively you can send back your return to us via An Post:

- Select Mc Kenna Man from the list of retailers
- Select your reason for return
- Enter your order number reference
- Select your return method - you can bring your parcel to your local post office costing €4.95 or book a collection from a location that is convenient for you, this service costs €6.00.
- Complete the checkout
- Print the returns label and please ensure you include the McKenna Man return slip in the parcel.
RETURNS INSTORE
Call into any of our stores in Dundalk, Drogheda or Navan with your returns form and proof of purchase .We will notify our online team and your refund will be processed and funds should reach your bank within 3/4 working days .
When your return package has been received our team will process and if the item is returned in the condition it was sold, we will process a refund and funds should reach your bank within 5-7 working days.
Please be aware that if you are ordering for delivery to the U.K (excluding NI ) that as from Jan 1st 2021 when the Brexit transition period ends you may see some changes. Any returns from the UK ( excluding NI ) may incur costs including transport costs , as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.

During busy periods, we cannot exchange sizes or items. All returns will be fully refunded once items are unused and unworn condition with tags attached.
We do however offer exchanges in any of our three stores in Dundalk, Drogheda and Navan.
Wedding Suits to buy/hire
Yes please make an appointment to call to one of our three stores with your fiancé. We’ll go through various options to find the suit that best suits you. We’ll take measurements to make any alterations needed and help you select shirt, tie, shoes and accessories. Once the groom’s suit is sorted, we’ll find complementary suits for your groomsmen and we’ll set another date for their fittings too. All in all, it should take no more than an hour.
We recommend booking your first appointment between 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding.
Once your wedding is booked, you can pay off your bill in installments as you please with the final balance to be paid when the suits are collected.
